The apartment complex area is pleasant.
The swimming pool is too small and for much of the summer was locked and not available for use.
The fitness room is advertised on the brochure however even after living here for 16 months it is still not operational.
The security gates on occasion are inoperative and left open.
General maintenance of the area is not affected expeditiously.
Our apartment was over run by cockroaches in the summer months

We have opened the fitness center to our residents with 24 hour access by code. We added the pool within 6 months of purchasing the property in April of 2006. The Pool is open from 10am til 10pm and only closed for chemical maitenance for the health of all our residents. We our proud of our new leasing office although it took a little longer than we would have like b/c of construction problems. I hate that you are having trouble with insects, we have exterminators on site every week to take care of any units that the resident has called in to the office. ALL units are sprayed EVERY quarter. please feel free to come by the office to discuss any problems, we will be glad to assist.

I would like to respond by saying that when this property was originally contructed by a local developer there was no pool at all. When Venterra purchased this property in 2006 in an effort to improve the pool was added. The pool is a salt water filtered pool and the size more than accommodates our 152 units. As far as roaches....We do not have a bug problem here on Property. The Pest control company is here every thursday for requests and we have all buildings on a quarterly rotating schedule. If anyone feels they see a potential problem the resources are readily available to get that problem under control. The security gates are rarely inoperable unless they are tampered with. Any time the gates are open there is a 30min delay and then it resets automatically. The fitness center project will begin Tuesday March 18th and will be equiped with two treadmills, 1 stationary bike, 1 elliptical, and a universal weight system. It will also have a flat screen television installed with cable. In the office we now offer a dvd library and a coffee bar. And we have the best Residents in Beaumont!!!!

I disagree that yall don't have a bug problem. When we moved in our apartment was flea infested and it took two months to get that cleared up even with the exterminators spraying. I had to vacuum all the time to help control them, and I didn't even get a discount on my rent. Also, one of the reasons we chose to live in this complex was the fitness center, and it wasn't around the whole time we lived there. Perhaps next time yall should wait to advertise something until it is actually ready, or say "coming soon" in the advertisements!

I have never had any bug problems. I even have a dog and she has never gotten fleas.

people with bug problems are probably filthy if you keep a clean house take out your trash do your dishes you know stuff like that. vacuming should be done daily anyway i live here and never seen one bug except for my dirty neighbors houses.
