I have rented here a week now and have already had to call the police on my neighbors. Parking is very bad here also- Very far away from my house. I wish I would have looked longer- this is no place for a single female to live. The Pet Policy is outrageous also. I have had to pick up 40 ounce Beer Bottles from the front of my house.

I hate that you are having a hard time here at the Pointe. Most all of our residents have had a very pleasant living experience. We have not ever had assigned parking and I have not had any noise complaints for the one bedroom buildings for the month of June. Please feel free to come into the office to discuss any complaints, I may be able to help with things that are making you unhappy.

When we lived there, there were always a lot of people parked in front of our apartment "visiting" the neighbors - but they would stay all night and day! The neighbors would also send their kids out to play at 11 PM or later, and they would wake us up every night. That is a large part of the reason we moved.

Well every thing is fine here now. So it must have been the previous residents that were causing all the promblems. Hmmm somthing to think about.

This property is awsome some of you who have bad reviews must have lived here before that new company came in and made a pool they even changed a lot of there staff which helped alot. I personnally love the new staff especially that maitinince guy he is so helpful and always takes care of me. always. The office staff is nice too i have never heard any noise at night plus they have a security gaurd who i heard use to be a cop living on property. like i said two thumbs up and a bag of chips
