I am thankfull every day that I live here. I have seen what the other apartments look around here and I will pay a little more to have a clean, quite, and safe community. The only complaint I have is some residents let there dogs run loose and poop all over the grass. So as long as you watch your step, this is a great place to live. You will not find that many apartments around here that are not in the getto. I have never had a problem with parking. I have never had a problem with the staff. Christa in the office is great to deal with. The apartments are great. The location is the best thing. You are in the middle of the shopping craze but the feeling of being in the country. I would recomend this place to anyone that has a high class taste.

What a Crock. Do not rent here. you will be upset that you did. Yes, Christa is a wonderful person. And, when they fired the apartment manager last year they should have let her run the place- sorry they could not see what a wonderful person she is. That said- you need to be weary of the "Manager" If you rent at the pointe realize what you are getting into to begin with. No amount of "Paid" advertising will make The Pointe better.

Say yes to the pointe townhomes they are the best place to live this side of texas. The price might be a little high but you get what you pay for and i should know. Its like a little slice of heaven in the middle of beaumont. I like that yall should use it as advetisement. anyway where do yo get off this apt complex is far better then any i lived and i see you must not appreciate anythning in your personal life either seems to me someone needs to go to church and get saved.

ok well in my opinion i dont think this page is good for the business. i think that it gives a bad impression on the property becauses it all sounds like mess. if anyone has something to complain about or the office wants spoken words or advice have a drop box in the office ONLY and not on line. i was considering moving hear but it sounds like a soap opra. by the way a pet park would b nice but it will not stop what pets do. and if there aree complaints about that then GET A HOUSE W/PRIVATE FENCE. I cant stand when one persons input has a reflection on everyones satisfation. if its not broke dont fix it.
