I have lived at The Pointe for 2 1/2 years and have enjoyed it immensely; so much that I just renewed my lease. The property is safe, pretty, livable ( I LOVE my floor plan) and the people that live here are generally great people. Not to say that there hasn't occasionally been a problem with a neighbor but - face it - people in apartments live in close quarters to each other and we are all different. The few problems I had were immediately addressed (if warranted) when reported.
I have never had a problem with the office - Christa, Rebecca, Kaysha and Curtis are great. And, quite frankly, I am appalled at some of the comments regarding service here. I have noted that a lot of things people have complained about have never been addressed to the office but complained about later. I haven't had an issue with things not getting taken care of.
I enjoy the things The Pointe does for the residents also; the monthly snacks at the gate, the parties, the Bar-B-Ques at the pool, the exercise room, the free DVD movies, etc. It feels like family here. I'd just ask you to come and check it out and see for yourself. Perhaps you'll love it like I do.
