We have lived here a little over a year and we love living here. We love our floor plan and we love the people in the office. They are always doing nice things for the residents like meeting us outside with snaks and drinks after work and holding crawfish boils. We have lived in SIX different apartments and this is the first place that we have actually renewed our lease.
It's a quiet neighborhood setting. The only thing I have ever complained about was people swimming and being loud at the pool after 10:00(after it was closed) on a week night. They quickly fixed it by locking the pool every night.
The pet policy is not outrageous, it is comparable to other apartments in the area.
It is not too expensive, it is actually inexpensive compared to others in the area that aren't as nice.
Maintenance has ALWAYS responded promptly to our calls.
