We have been here over 2 yrs in a spacious 1 bedroom. The apartment is nice and the office is ok but at times they are pretty lazy. The top of the bar fell off and it took them weeks to repair it. Things do look a little old but they are kept up well. They allowed low income housing which didn't give it any boost in value. they did always try to raise the rent everytime we needed to resign our lease. Its ok for the price but if you can afford better do so.
