The office staff put me through a lot of nonsense to get me into the apt. They were very demanding and often times not available to answer basic questions because no one was in the office at the times they were SCHEDULED to open or be there. I have been a resident for 6 months now and that hasnt changed. There are two maintainace people for all the units at this complex! TWO! I have sugar ants in my apt and no matter how many time the pest control is scheduled to come, and even after he comes, i still have ants. The apt itself is falling apart and the office people pretend that this is all new to them, seeing as how they "fixed" all the problems inside before we moved in. It floods every time it rains. After our latest down pour of rain the water in the bathtub came out brown for a few hours. The insallation inside my oven door is coming out, the dishwasher was very poorly installed, I can put my foot in between the dishwasher and the counter, the bathroom sink is always linking no matter how many times they "fix" it. The air conditioner has not been fixed...even when it suppose to be 55 degrees, the themostat reads 80. I have gone through the proper protocol when asking for repairs to be made, only to discover the office staff was writing down the work orders on scratch sheets of paper!! No wonder why the repairs have never gotten done. They said the water bill would be no higher than $30 dollars..for the month of Dece it was $50.00 and for the month of Jan. 2008 it is $60 something. The gym has broken equipment(been broken since i moved in in June) The cement in the pool is broken all over the bottom of the pool and still has not been fixed(broken since June).....DONT MOVE HERE!!! Dont make the mistake that many of my neighbors as well as myself did thinking this would be a great move for our families....It has been a nightmare...i can't wait to move
