We have had several problems with plumbing backing up in the apartment and the only thing management and maintenance did for us was rip the padding out from under the carpet and lay the carpet back down. Padding and carpets were never replaced, shampooed or even disinfected. The A/C drining pipe has flooded so many times in the past that the drywall and wood trim is rotting away. There is mold growing where it has been wet so many times and nothing is being done. All the tile floors are cracked and buckling because the foundation has sunk in some places. Front bathroom tub is inoperable. The knobs won't even turn.
