It is a great neighborhood and the townhouses are nice but they don't fix anything. Besides the maintence this a great place two pools and 4 washrooms

OMG YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME...THIS PLACE SUCKS! LIVING ON THE STREETS WOULD BE CLEANER, SAFER HEALTH WISE, LESS ROACHES AND NICER POEPPLE TO DEAL WITH
