I really like this property! Everyone likes the BRAND new apts, but you know what' BRAND new is overpriced, and super small space. Towne Oaks has the most character out of all the properties in Beaumont. They have freakin HUGE spcaious floorplans, (some we're talking like the square footage of a house) and the price is right. And the best part is carports and big fenced in patios perfect for the pet friendly community. The staff is cool and helpful and understanding. They try to tend to our needs as much as possible, and the maint. is nice and and respectful of our home when they have entered it to fix anything. I reccomend it, and unfortunately Apt Ratings is like the NATIONAL ENQUIRER of apts, dont believe everything you hear....most of these people probably got evicted.
