This place is a nightmare. A perfect example of what happens when the Government steps in and pays the rent for lazy, uneducated, immoral people who rely on everyone else to bail them out.
If you want your house burglarized, this is the place for you.
If you are looking to be the victim of a robbery, this is the place for you.
Looking to have drug dealers playing loud music all hours of the night, this is the place for you.
