Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2008
I lived in both one and two bedroom apartments. The a/c unit went out or was dripping several times per year. The apartment manager would blame it on me not cleaning the filter even though the filter was clean every time it was checked. Right before I moved out, my washer started leaking. It took them a WEEK to even come look at it.
The apartment manager is EXTREMELY nosy. She wants to know everyone's business and if you refuse to play her games, she harasses you.
