I have lived at Westhaven for approximately 6 years now, and yes, it is a slightly older complex. But for the location, size and conveniences; this is the best value in Beaumont. My biggest factors when choosing an apartment were location and wanting management residing on property (for maintenance issues, complaints, etc.) Ms. Mona (Property Manager) has always run this complex in a fair and professional manner. Residents are made aware of the rules and guidelines when they sign their lease, and she insures they are followed. My only complaint with Westhaven is the owners. They seem very unwilling to invest money to help keep the apartments attractive (i.e. repairing hurricane damage, landscaping, etc.) Still, all in all, Westhaven offers the most for the $$$!
