One of the best locations in Beaumont. Reasonably priced. Caring landlady. Small but cozy apartments. Good tenants, like a small community neighborhood. Felt safe. Parking sometimes a problem, even being assigned, but worth working out occassional problems. Lived at Willowchase from 1995 through 2006. If the need to rent an apartment came up again, Willowchase would be the first place I would look.
