My wife and I were looking for an apartment and came across these apartments. We called the listed number and an old lady answered and told us that we needed an appointment as they had no office onsite. She told us that her son would be the one showing us the apts. I had to call that guy and fix and appointment. I was on time and that gentleman didn't show up. I had to call him again and wait for 10 mins before he showed up...lazily.

When we asked him to show us a model apt. he couldn't as all of them were occupied at that moment. He couldn't figure that out while setting up the appointment...I guess (What a moron !!!)...then he got a brilliant idea of asking one of the tenants about allowing us to take a look (I would've have declined if I was in the tenants place)...he rang the door bell twice and since no one answered he used his master key to let us in. So 3 people (2 strangers) were going through the whole house and the tenant never knew about it. This raised a huge RED FLAG for us. We didn't want to take it.

The last nail in the coffin ofcourse was that our pal (the guy showing us the apt.) was kind of a racist. He had some unusual remarks about us being from other country.

Anyways we felt we should write this review so as to warn people and save them some time on their hunt.

As a current tnant, I have beena witness to it. They do it all the time and I do not agree with it.

The Winchester West Apartments have been under new management since 2005.Please make time to meet the new staff before forming your own opinion.We take great pride in our new management team.
