I have lived at Winchester West apts. for approxately 4 years.During my stay here,new management has taken over.I must admit,it's a huge improvement.The apartments are fairly large and layed out quite well.Plus it has all the appliances you can ask for,including a washer and dryer.The highest my light bill has been was $130.00 in the heat of summer.We have an onsight maintenence man that can usually take care of anything relatively quick.All in all it's a pretty quite neighborhood to live in,with your occassional loud car radio.I'm very happy here and hope to renew my lease for another year.
