Setting the record straight on this good livin! - I really like this property! Everyone likes the BRAND new apts, but you know what? BRAND new is overpriced, and super small space. Quiet Community I found Eagles Landing to be one of the better experiences I have had in living in an apartment. I move often with my job and stay in corporate apartments way to much. Pleasant staff and a quiet community. I will stay here again if my job brings me to Beaumont.

never i stayed there for 6 months and i will tell everyone not to stay there. apt are piece of ----. we had complain for water leakage and clogging in sink but owner never took care of it. he will never give u deposit back. lots of roaches, rats and bedbugs. no lights in parking. also washer
