Don't expect to get in unless your credit is 100% squeaky clean

Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
I wanted to move here, but had leftovers on my credit from divorce so they wouldn't accept me. I applied with a perfect housing history, zero utility debt, and exceeded the income requirements, and they still turned me away.
I did think it was bizarre that they charged more for the upstairs units.....
But if you can get accepted, I say go for it. Its a nice place and a nice neighborhood.
