We recently moved out of The Arbors after living there for almost 3 years. During our stay the staff there was great. They held several social functions such as BBQ's, Easter bunny pictures, holiday events, and dinners in the clubhouse. The staff was always very friendly and eager to accomodate our needs. Maintenance always came the same day we called and encouraged us to call back if we felt the problem wasn't resolved. The landscaping was always perfect as the gardeners were there almost every day. We really enjoyed the curbside pickup although our one complaint was that other residents consistently placed their trash out as early as 2 days before pickup. Aside from this issue, we would reccomend these apartments to anyone. If you are looking for an upscale apt. at a reasonable price this is the place to go.

On the contrary this complex has some issues such as an intinerant old woman who follows a cat around all day looking into peopls windows. They've had their laundry room robbed twice in the last 3 months and the trash in their dumpster is always overflowing onto the walkway -especially on the weekends. The landscaping is dying off and there is dog doo everywhere!!!
