We've lived here a year and it's been nice. The pipes do creak when people use the water, but nothing too bad. We have a couple spiders with the change in weather. The staff is extremely nice and helpful and seem honestly concerned when you talk to them. Our neighbors are friendly and it has been a very enjoyable place to live. Maintenance is very prompt and curteous.
