If you pay your bills on time, the staff is friendly. I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff. The only problems i have had are that my neighbors don't pick up their dog poop, but when I brought it to Brooke's attention she had it cleaned up right away. I haven't had any problems here and would reccommend it to anyone.
