Please don't move into these apartments, even if they offer you free rent for life, it is not worth it, I promise! The Management Team IS A BUNCH OF IDIOTS! Another problem is the people who live above us throw their cig butts down in our yard and management has never done anything to take care of it. Do not move here!!

Responding to your comment about the cig butts in the yard... Why not just go and take it up with the people upstairs instead of going to management if they wouldn't do anything about it? Sounds to me like it's really not managements fault, and even if it is, you could've always nicely asked them to stop or put a coffee can at there door and put a sign on it "PLEASE THROW BUTTS HERE!"...
