When we first moved in, everything was great. Brooke and Christi were nice, we didn't have any problems. Well, about 6 or 7 months into the lease we started have some maintainance issues, and thats when everything went downhill. Brooke started getting ruder- she would bust a u-turn anytime me or my roommate were walking in her direction and she stopped making eye-contact with us when we would talk to her in the office. I wouldn't stay here again if I had to. The second you start giving the staff a little bit of issues, they start to turn on you.

I know exactly what you mean. I don't understand how Brooke can still have a job she is rude if you have any problems or concerns she treats you as if it is your fault. I have never met any apartment managers like that it seriously amazes me.
