Well I am finally getting out of the HEB area and that's really the only reason i'm leaving this place. I have been here about 3 1/2 years and have greatly enjoyed it. True maitnence is quick to respond but can't fix anything so I just don't call them. Managment has never really been a problem always very nice, just don't go swimming after the pool hours. I did expierence some theft issues involving my car and it's radio but then so did several other cars that same day. This does however seem to be a frequent thing. Don't leave anything of value in your car and you should be fine. If I was staying in the area I would be renewing my lease yet again.
