During to short time my wife and I were there it did not feel like home. The office personal tries to hush you up and move on about there business. My vehicle was vandalized by a neighbor and the office told me that it was between me and her. That same neighbor also threatened another neighbor aswell. The neighbor was finally evicted. It took the police visiting 5 times within a month to get it done.

When my apartment flooded the first week we lived there it took them a month to fix it. We had mold growing in the apartment and outside of it. The office personal told me that it takes a whole wall of mold to cause health hazard. I have lung problems. Sounds like they care huh' The only positive that came out of it was the friends we meet the night my car was vandalized.

When I asked the office about the ratings of the aprtments they said it was people that got evicted. Well we didnt, I got them to let me out of my lease so we could get out of there.

I have lived in this complex for a year and have never had a single complaint. Every time I have an issue, it is tended to the very next day in an efficient and professional manner. My vehicles have never been bothered and I always feel safe coming and going at any hour, as well as when I am in my home. I am sorry for the very few people that have bad experiences, but on the most part this complex is very safe, quiet and well maintained.

If you ask the tennents in the building 2829 it is a different story. I'm glad that someone is happy there. I do know that 5 people had to call the corporate office and the police several times. The evicted neighbor also had a criminal record and lived there before. The corp. office let her move back in. Just watch out is all I have to say.

I lived in building 2829 and know exactly who you are talking about. These apartments suck and I am so glad we moved! They are turing into the "Hood" of Bedford.
