DO NOT MOVE HERE! Unless you want your car vandalized, furniture ruined from flooding, electricity bill that is outrageous because the a/c broke 4 times, and multiple other maintenance issues. Yes Maintenance is usually quick, but anything more than a clogged toilet and they are dumbfounded. The office staff are a bunch of airheads and the manager Christi doesn't return calls and could care less about the safety of the residents. These apartments are GHETTO! The residents they are renting to are criminals, liars, thieves. Kids are EVERYWHERE at all times of the day/night. These apartments are really going downhill and I am glad we left!!!

Just give it time it will happen to you or one of your neighbors, the one thing I learned is keep to yourself in apartments because you don't know who your neighbors really are. You haven't seen the carpet vans sucking out water from the flooded apartments? Than you are not very obsevant. Glad you like the apartments, we did to for about 4 years the 5th year it was time to exit

I am really sorry for problems that other people have had with these apartments. Personally, I love it here! I have made friends with the office staff and I feel safe.
