I lived in the Arbors from February 2005 to July 2008. My only reason for moving was to purchase a home. Overall, this place was a great place to live. The management office was always on top of things, maitenance work always done within 2 business day (but usually the same day) and the neighbors all got to know each other. I lived near the pool, which has it's benefits and not so benefits. The only complaint would be late night swimmers but again, if you called the apts, they would have security out within 15 minutes and the problem was taken care of. The only changes I would add would be covered parking for everyone at no charge, currently there is no covered parking. During my stay, they improved on their exterior paint, playground, picnic area and fitness center. I would have to agree that during my stay I can remember atleast 3 car raids, where not just one car was vandalized but MANY, it's most likely because of the quiet neighborhood the theives find it an easy target but that's not the apartments problem. I guess a security gate around the premises would be a nice upgrade, but expect for rent to increase for those types of protection. I have had friends who lived in the 2 bedroom townhomes who complain of being able to hear everything their neighbors are doing, however I did not experience this because I lived in the 2 bedroom flat. I did have a few upstairs neighbors that had children that you could hear stomping up and down the halls but again, I called and complained and the management addressed the issue with them. Overall, I would highly recommend these apartments!!
