I have lived at the Arbors for almost 6 years now and have never had an issue. The property is very clean and well maintained. the entire property was recently repainted. everything from the stripes in the parking lot to the paint on your front door. There is only 1 dumpster thanks to the City Of Bedford. The property is fairly small, and one only has to walk their trash no more then 100 yds, or better yet stick it on your trunk and drive it down like i do. (make sure you use a good trash bag!) There isnt a lot of close parking for visitors because all the close spots are covered parking for the residents. You do the math. The pool is very clean and and has a large fountain on one end. the hot tub is seperate and a little more private. If anything the complex needs newer machines in the weight room and some better landscaping. some places can look like a swamp.
