I moved in over the summer and I really like it here. Its a small complex with gates. The covered parking is free but visitor parking is at a minimum. The pool seems nice and they just put in a new fitness center. Its very quite at night and I have not had any problems. The apartment staff seems nice but very business like. My sister is on a waitlist because they have been full all summer. Hopefully she will get in soon. I would say give them a try.

arbors has had about 5 units or more that have been empty for awhile now... the higher rent for the area, dogs, landscaping/mud, laundry room vandelism and overflowing garbage compactor are having an effect.
