I've live here since 2004 and during my last lease renewal I requested that my carpets be cleaned. The maintenance personal had tracked-in slurry-seal from the parking lot in 2006 and so I requested that the cleaning be done as a condition of my renewal. The management has now renigged on this agreement (it only costs them $25), new owners are cheap! cheap! cheap!!! The ----like manager is a crook and says there is nothing he can do unless I want to pay for half of the cleaning'' These isn't my carpet!! Now we are having a cockroach infestation in my building, the building across the way has ants according to my neighbor. The management use to change the a/c filters but they haven't in 14 months. The landscaping only looks good around the rental office, most other areas show major neglect with patchy brown spots and high weeds. Dogs and cats own the landscaping around here and in the summer you can smell it bad. Think twice before renting here, the management is inserting the positive reviews on here!

LOL about the cat-lady. I came out of my apartment one day and she was sitting there right beneath the stairwell, scared the crap out of me. She's a super nice lady to talk to, albeit very obviously lonely :(

haha, i live across the street at forest park and i came home one day and she was sitting in front of my building! i see her all the time over there across the street at the arbors! just thought it was funny that ya'll mentioned that!

THE INFAMOUS CAT LADY. IVE LIVED HERE ALMOST 3 YEARS AND I STILL REMEMBER SEEING HER THE 1ST TIME. I WAS WONDERING IF SHE WAS DEAD SO I STARED AT HER. SHE NEVER MOVES UNTILL I WALKED BY AND SHE SAID HI. SHES REALLY NICE BUT CREEPY LOOKING.

The good 'ole cat lady... we lived below her. Once she starts she doesnt stop, however she is very sweet. She had a horrible cough that I swear could wake the dead!

the cat lady is so sweet, but STRANGE! She thinks our dogs are afraid of her cat, and shields them from her.
