I moved into this apartment during the summer months, and I really had no complaints until recently. It seems that low-lifers are slowly trickling in with loud stereos and tacky vehicles. Last month, an extremely inconsiderate couple moved in above me, who I can hear walking (sounds like stomping) above me at all hours. I understand that if you live in an apartment, you WILL encounter noise and some tolerance is required. A month has gone by and I still haven't adjusted to them. I've been woken up several times by them and car stereo bass.
Also, the apartment likes to run the sprinkler systems every single night (even while raining). That doesn't sound like a complaint, right' Well, unfortunately it means that the grounds are always muddy, and your car will get sprayed on every night, ruining a new car-wash. Also, for some reason whenever it storms I can count on the power in my unit going out for several hours. In the six month period of my living here, the power has gone out for at least 12 hours 4 total times now due to weather.
The front office management is very nice and outgoing(Hi Michelle) I had a previous complaint about a manager-type, however I'm not so sure he still works here as I haven't seem him lately.

I'm editing this review to point out that I have only really touched on MY personal experience with this complex, and I've pretty much added EVERY NEGATIVE thing I've had to deal with just for someone who is interested in moving in here. However, I don't think it's fair as some could take this out of context and this really hasn't done justice to the GOOD things about the complex. So;
Overall this apartment complex is nice, cheap, and humble place to live in quiet Bedford. I think if the problems I discussed were addressed by management (who apparently are proactive in reading these review sites), this place would be great. Then again, you get what you pay for, right'

The management is very pro-active in reading these reviews, which IMHO is very good. A day or so after writing this review, I walked into the management office and overheard the property manager (I think he is, seemed to be the boss) was discussing with the Maint. person the over-watering situation and how to remedy it. Speaking with him afterwards he even called me out on my review here since I published it with my real name. However this was almost a year ago and the problem seems to still be present. Everyones complaints here ARE being read by the office, so the em' know what needs attention!

the muddy landscaping is a constant gripe of mine. I have to be careful not to ruin my car interior with the mud that is always on my shoes ugh. And the sprinklers ruin my car wash every single time. I've just given up on keeping my car clean.
