I was a long-term resident, and started noticing a significant decline in quality and service when ownership/management began to change hands a couple of years ago. Here are the good points: the floorplans are wonderful, spacious, and the new upgrades are really nice! It is a quiet complex, with easy access to alot of amenities in the city. I never had problems with the maintenance staff - always found them to be helpful. Covered/assigned parking is wonderful! Pool area is nice.

Con's: the office staff was frequently unresponsive and insincere with current residents. I often had to call more than once to get maintenance issues resolved. The apartments are in bad need of upgrades/repairs: exteriors are really beat up, and the interiors are not energy efficient at all - if you're in anything but the smallest floor plan, prepare to pay through the nose for heating/AC. Landscaping everywhere else leaves something to be desired. Visitor parking is a little dicey at times. Poor communication from office staff.

"insincere" BARELY covers it, the office staff couldn't care less about their tenants.

I have found the office staff to be very caring. I have lived here for several years and I went through a personal crisis. The office staff helped me during the most difficult times in my life.

The MANAGER is horrible!! I moved into an apartment there and their was dog pee... yes dog pee stains and hair everywhere!! It smelled like dog pee and I went to the office and spoke to the manager stating that I wanted new carpet and she said there was nothing wrong with it!!
