We moved from a house into this community and decided on it based on the price, the lack of noise, their pet policies (we have two dogs) and the fact that they were only one bedroom.

So far, we couldn't be happier.

Anything that we've addressed with the management team has been resolved, including our crazy neighbor who insisted on banging on our walls at 3 in the morning in retaliation for us being on our patio one Saturday night when he felt we should be in bed by 10:00.

The people who live there are for the most part friendly and quiet, the maintenance staff is wonderful, and we feel safer than anywhere else we've lived.

The only complaints we've had so far is that the gates don't always work and stay open for a day or two at a time, there's not a lot of storage space (we're in the one bedroom plus loft) and the parking sometimes leaves you on the other side of the complex, but since it's not that big of a property, it's not something I would leave over.

Angie (the manager) is WONDERFUL, Victoria isn't great, but not bad either.

Victoria and Kimbra screwed us over several times and continue to do so. Angie only shows up, well, never.
