very quiet considering its kid oriented here. the staff is fabulous...they are always willing to help out anyone for whatever reason. the neighborhood is just as great....holidays are great cause we have contests for the best dressed apartment. during the summer we have ice cream socials and bbq's. jerry really gets everyone involved as a group.
i'm going on my fifth year here and i can't think of anywhere else i want to be.
