I lived in this complex for 3 years. The office staff was friendly and very understanding when I had to pay rent late one month. They made a couple of mistakes but they were corrected. There was a small problem with downstairs neighbors being gross and it took awhile to get the fixed but I thik that's dues to lax eviction laws. The maintenance staff was very friendly and would even come up to take my garbage out after I had major surgery. The units are older and I had a few electrical problems but nothing major. I NEVER saw a roach or bug of any kind in my unit. Always a plus. It can be risky in apartments. When I moved out, they applied my deposit to cleaning charges but since I opnly paid $50 deposit that seemed fair. They did not charge me for anything above and beyond as I cleaned the apartment very well before I left. I would recommend this complex as a good deal.
