The new manager is a complete moron. There has been a large number of break-ins and she just says "Were your doors and windows locked'" She lost my rent check and sent me an eviction notice! When I confronted her in the office she just waved me off and said I was mistaken, I had not paid her. Then she found the check in a folder of hers and said "Oh, there it is, I guess you don't have to leave then." This woman is the most incompetent manager I have ever known and I can't wait to move out. I hope McCord Development gets the idea and sends her packing. There are too many people who have lived here for years that are starting to look for new places to live, all because of this one blonde imbecile. Don't move here. The low price doesn't make up for the headaches and noise that you get every night. It's like a friday night in a college dorm. Also, the site says we have a workout center. That's a lie. They took that out months ago and put a couch and chair in the workout room. It was supposed to be turned into a media room, with computer, fax, etc. They stopped after putting in the couches, though. That's just how this place rolls, nowadays. IT SUCKS!

i completely agree with you.. my apt has mice, roaches, an electricity damage and the cealing is leaking poop (Gross) i called twice a month for the past 4 months and is always some stupid excuse, finally she said she will do ME a favor and allow me to move to another apt but i have to sign another contract!!!! when i asked for her manager's number she said no.. guess what?? i'm getting right now... and reporting her and the property to the Health Deparment!
