I lived at Cantebria Crossing from 2006-2008. There are some downsides to this complex but there are also some good aspects as well.

The Good

-Inexpensive: My rent started at $485 in 2006 and ended at $550
-Free Washer/Dryer: Stackable Unit, but free nonetheless
-Convenient location: Right next to the highway
-Small Complex
-Friendly maintainence guys
-Pay your rent with a debit/credit card: They didn't add any stupid fees for running your card either.
-I never paid my rent late, but I inquired about it one month and the staff seemed pretty understanding and willing to work with me.
-Move out was easy

The Bad

-Old Buildings
-People on Oak Creek Lane speed constantly at all hours of the night
-The complex is pretty dirty and run down
-Apparently there have been some break ins lately
-New management seems pretty inexperienced and isn't as friendly as the old management
-Incredibly thin walls
-No workout room

I ended up moving out so that I could be closer to my job but I probably would have moved anyway. When I first moved in I didn't mind going to the front office with any concerns. I was always treated well and called by name. Don't get me wrong, I was never treated rude or anything from the new management, but they aren't as personal and don't really seem to care as much about the place.

Whatever the case may be, I would recommend Cantebria Crossing for single people who are looking for a cheap place to live that isn't too ghetto.
