I lived here with my kids for a year and a half, moved out a couple of months ago. When i moved in, the place was great. It had a work out room, the pool was nice, maintenance was top notch. When the manager and staff left and new ppl came in, the place went downhill a little bit and i became unhappy. after speaking with McCord Development in Houston, my concerns were addressed and take care of. The work out room was changed to a media room which sucked but i guess the residents voted on it (i didnt get to vote though). Overall I would recommend this complex to ppl and was happy overall with my stay. :)
