THIS PLACE IS THE WORST IN BEDFORD!!!! i have been here about a year and it is like living in hell i cant wait untill the criminals in the office let me move out. my eletric bill is 250.00 in a one bedroom and i have a problem with kids playing there music in the parking lot so loudly that it shakes my walls at 2 and 3 am! And the manager just puts u off and never does one thing to fix it. i would not recomend this place to ANYONE!!!

I have lived here for over 2 years and, prior to my deciding to move here, I looked at a LOT of apts in this area and Copper Canyon had the best apt floorplans and best price for a good quality apt. I have had no problems here and have always felt safe. As for the electric bill increasing, the blame goes to the electric company. TXU has dramatically increased their rates for residentail customers. My suggestion is to look at other energy companies for a lower rate instead of sitting around griping and placing blame where it does not belong.

You gotta be kidding. Loud music and high energy bills make you think this place is the worst in Bedford? Disruptive kids in the parking lot exist in EVERY apartment complex in the metroplex. If it's a 2-3 in the morning, you call the police - it's not the management's job to come in and chase them off. Energy bills? C'mon. That's not the apartment complex's issue. They can't control TXU's rates, or your usage of the AC unit.
