over all it was the best apt. i'v lived in but i had a car that got broken into 3 times there and stolen from the care port area once and i needed to move out. You would think that the office would have some mercy on me but no. I lived here for about 4 years and was a good tenant and according to the lease it said if iI or my property was unsafe and the management didnot or could not fix the problem the lease was broken I ask to be let out of my lease and she said no cant do that they would have rather seen my car f-ed up for a forth time. Well i moved out and then got a $850 bill on top of all my other problems thanks for that Coppec Canyon

Car theft happens everywhere. People who live in Highland Park get their cars stolen and broken into, people who live in Oak Cliff deal with the same thing. That's not really an issue with the complex, is it? You move to a non-gated community, you know there's a risk.
