I've been here a year and have had no major problems. The one free covered parking spot is great, and there's plenty of uncovered if you have another car or visitors.

The management is wonderful. The few times I had something to be fixed it was done within 24 hours.

Sadly the apartments on the other side of the creek are ghetto and I think sometimes they come here and break into cars, etc. That's the only reason I wouldn't feel safe going out at night alone.

The biggest gripe I have is the dog poop regulation not being enforced. I pick up after my dog, I don't know why other people can't. Three times I've had a nasty, stinky suprise on my shoe after walking my dog.

Definitely recommend living here, especially if just starting out and don't need a lot of space. Good size for the money.
