I have lived here for 8yrs and have had no problems and love my apartment and neighbors. Now, I have had no hot water since Dec. 23, nor have my neighbors. I have called everyone including the Mgmt. company with no response. I know it is the holidays but someone should have called back. I had to call the code authority to get any action taken. Which was none. I am so disappointed in this new manager and this management company that will probably not renew my lease. We had a great manager before with a waiting list to get into our apartments now they are going down hill. The apartments are in a great location and hardly any crime. Maintence people are wonderful if they can fix the problem.
