Lived here 2001-2003, enjoyed the Manager in charge, then some dippy moron with curly hair and a crap attitude came in and ruined it, she wanted nothing more than to make life miserable for everyone. She would hit people with unfair "late fees" while others were allowed to pay days late and no fines leveled against them because were the "in crowd" with this particular leasing agent. This person is a perfect example of Equity Residential...a real jerk. God willing they have transferred her to Alaska. The apartments are old, but, nicely kept, up, windows are THIN single pane glass so wind whistles through them, pool is OK, hot tub had a condom floating in it when I went to use it. The summer crowd makes living by the pool miserable as the parties are loud and go all night and management won't do anything about it. If you are single and don't mind the rude person working in the office while the super terrific manager was out on leave, and don't mind the old construction, go for it. Not for a family living, more like club med on a budget.
