moved here after a really bad experiencein another apartment(different company) and management was very cooperative. Only had one noise complaint which was consistant but finally resolved. I was given a very nice clean apartment and maint issues were resolved readily. Although management changed often during my stay I was pleased with them.
I extended my lease after 6 months and would have stayed if I had not transfered out of state. I was given a full return of my deposit after only 10 days.
They set a good example for an equity property.
