We moved in because it was close to work. It took them three weeks and letters threatening to leave the complex to get them to fix the door (was not weather-proof and it was in Feb). Then we got mice. They called the "organic" pesticide company, and I walked around scared for two weeks before we went out and bought our own poison to off the little critters. Paid far to much for electricity and couldn't use the balcony because the wood was so rotted we were afraid of falling through. Hated the place and couldn't wait to get out.
