No hot water for about a month so far this time. No decent communication with apt managers. You can call them but they won't call you back. The maintenance guys are nowhere to be found. The apartment complex is not very bad, though. Neighbors are quiet. Cars in parking lot are not old or run down, and our cars are left alone. Grass stays clean, area stays picked up except weekends... but they get it cleaned up by monday night. Swimming pool stays pretty clean. Clubhouse is not bad. The other people that live here are not friendly but they aren't criminals, not that we can tell. If they are, they leave us alone. We got a short lease, and when it's up we are moving. It will be worth the extra money to live in a place where my husband does not have to do all the fix up work himself, and where they have hot water heaters in each apartment. Other than that it isn't a bad place. Just not good enough.
