I wanted to write and tell people who are looking for an apartment what a positive experience I have found at the Courts of Bedford. I initially spent many weekends looking for a special place to live. I made notes of what the staff at the different apartments promised and watched to see how they treated their existing residents. I felt this was important since I would then see how they would eventually be treating me. I narrowed it down to just a few nice apartments that were priced reasonably. I specifically remember how friendly every member of both the management and staff acted towards me, at the Courts of Bedford.

I chose the Courts of Bedford and I have been happy with my decision. All their staff is friendly and helpful, and their management is professional and accommodating. Thus far, they have remember and kept their promises. Their maintenance department is second to none. They do repairs quickly and properly and they are polite and go the extra mile.

I strongly believe customer service is critical in keeping and obtaining new residents. Customer service is alive and flourishing at the Courts of Bedford. I would encourage others to visit this fine apartment community when looking for that wonderful place to call home.
