I have been in this complex for over a year and have had several problems. It took them 4 MONTHS to fix a cieling fan that was an electrical hazzard. On top of that, when my lease was up, the lese I signed was a 12 month lease, in the computer it was listed as a 13 month lease. When it was time for me to sign a new lease they were unable to print a lease for me to sign. So here I am, a month into what is supposed to be my new lease and I have yet to sign a lease, I can't ever find people from the office, and when I do catch someone, they find all kinds of excuses for why something is not done. The only saving grace to this place is the lead maintenace man, who, when he fianlly gets the needed repair paperwork, is fast and efficient.
