I have lived here for almost 18 months and I have had nothing but one problem after another. My first year was spent with a management team that resembled the tweedles as far as intellegence and dependability goes. I was convinced to resign when the new management team came on board and made a million promises. The problem now is that there is a group of about 10 kids ranging in age from 5-15 that are destroying our community. I can't remember how many times my wife or I have been cussed at by junior high kids or have seen toddlers running throught the parking lot unsupervised. The police have been called because of these kids numerous times; but they always run away as soon as they see an authority figure.
I don't blame the manager for this, she has evicted about 5 troublemakers in the last 2 months. Since the kids always run away, there's really nothing that she can do about it. But there is definitely no way that I would recommend living here for anyone else.
