I have never in my life had such a horrible experience at a complex! My husband and I moved to Texas from California and we were unable to view the property before we moved in. We were promised a wooded view and 24 hour security. What this means is there is a bush in front of your apartment and the car lot across the street has a security officer that drives around the CAR LOT ACROSS THE STREET! There was a constant problem with this group of kids they damaged our cars and when reported to the office they did little to nothing. They never had a constant office staff and no one was ever on the same page. We were lied to and disrespected by the staff and when we moved in the apartment was FILTHY! There was a toe nail in my carpet. I have so much more I could say but I think that this is quite enough to steer anyone off. Please don't rent here, your sanity is not worth it!

I hate this place. When if first moved in back in 2006, you could smell the peace in the air. Now, I am still trying to get things straighten out with the stupid ass management they have there now...especially with that -------- that thinks she's so smart and tries to argue her way every time you do not agree with what she is saying. Since she became manager the apartment complex has really gone down hill...does anyone know who you can contact in regards to her. Where can someone complain, b/c I have tried calling corporate also, and they seem to be on the same boat...seems like everyone has their head up their ass these days around here.

TO THE ABOVE SECOND COMMENT...WELL WHAT IS IT THAT YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES IN YOUR APT?? WELL FOR ME I HAVE THINGS THAT DONT WORK...LIKE OH LET SEE...I JUST MOVED IN A FEW MONTHS AGO, AND WELL LET ME TELL YOU THEY SURE DO KNOW HOW TO DO A QUICK FIXER UPPER "BOOT-LEGGED GHETTO STYLE" LET ME TELL YOU..MY DAMN STOVE THE TOP PART DONT WORK..OH LETS SEE WHY..CUZ THE STOVE DOESNT HAVE ANY DAMN WIRES ON OR CONNECTED TO THE BURNERS,..HAHA...I HAD A WHOLE THING OF SOMEBODY ELSES LAUNDRY CLOTHES IN THE DRIER WHEN I MOVED IN..GROSS, THE DAMN DISHWASHER DOESNT WORK...IT BACKS UP INTO THE SINK, AND THE RIGHT SIDE OF MY SINK IS NASTY...I CAN ONLY USE THE LEFT SIDE CUZ THE RIGHT SIDE IS FREAKON CLOGGED UP AND "DEBRIS" BACK UP WHEN YOU EMPTY STUFF OUT...GROSS...NOW MY WASHER IS STARTING GO TO OUT...WTF...I REALLY DONT WANT THOSE CHEAP-ASS MAINTENENCE MEN IN MY PLACE..CUZ THEY ARE DIRTY AND I HAVE ANIMALS AND I KEEP MY PLACE CLEAN...AND ALL THESE DAMN ROACHES AND BUGS, ESPECIALLY A GNATS PROBLEM...GROSS..YEAH I JUST DECIDED TO MYSELF THAT SCREW GOING ON VAC NEXT YEAR IM PUTTING MONEY ASIDE THAT WAY I CAN FREAKON MOVE FROM THIS DUMP...I CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE, AND ESPECIALLY THE LOUD DAMN SLANTED EYE NEIGHBORS THAT I HAVE TO PUT UP WITH ON A DAILY BASIS AND THE FREAKON BUMPS BUMPS BUMPS OF THAT GHETTO ASS SOCALLED MUSIC...THIS PLACE SUCKS...AND WHATS UP WITH THIS STUPID STICKER CRAP ANYWAYS TO DO WITH PARKING...HALF THE DAMN COMPLEX DONT HAVE ANY....SERIOUSLY...ITS A JOKE,..I THINK IM THE ONLY PERSONT HAT HAS A FRAKON GHETTO ASS CAR STICKER ON MY WIND SHIELD...WTF..BUT ANYWAYS...AND THE LEAKS UNDER THE FLOORS IN THE BATHROOMS, AND THE TILES COMING UP IN THE KITCHEN, AND THE BATHROOM TO, AND THE WASHER LEAKING WATER AND IM JUST WAITING TO MY FLOOR TO CAVE IN IN THE KITCHEN...CUZ ITS GETTING PRETTY ROTTEN..YOU CAN FEEL IT...AND WOW..THEY ACTUALLY CLEANED UP THE TRASH ON THE BALCONY IN THE VACANT APT NEXT TO ME...ONLY CUZ HE HAD TO WASH DOWN THE COMPLEX///LMFAO AT U....IT WAS THERE FOR ALMOST FOUR DAMN MONTHS...BUT BESIDES THAT I THINK I SEE MORE PEOPLE MOVING OUT THAN ACTUALLY STAYING THERE...THERE IS TRASH EVERY WHERE, AND DOG CRAP STILL AND LITTLE YAPPER DOGS AT ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT..THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH 560 AMONTH...BELIEVE ME...AND DID I FORGET TO MENTION THE "DRUG DEALING THAT GOES ON HERE"....KARMA,.....ILLBE GETTING ALL YOU BACK WHEN I LEAVE..IM SO GOING TO CALL THE NARKS ON YOU HAHAHA....
